Privacy & analytics notice

We collect usage events to improve articles and support content. These events can include the page visited, the action taken, browser category, operating system, device type, language, and IP address, which are used only to identify abnormal traffic and aggregate visits.

How we protect data

IP addresses are available only to authorised help-centre administrators for traffic analysis and abnormal-traffic investigations. Article feedback uses a one-way hash of a browser-generated anonymous identifier, not the original identifier.

Retention

Anonymous event records are automatically removed after the configured retention period. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
