Troubleshooting a Stuck Key on Magnetic Keyboard

If a key on your magnetic keyboard is stuck "on," follow these steps:

  1. Calibrate the keys on Launcher.

  1. Increase the Trigger Distance and see if the issue could be fixed.

  1. If the issue persists, select the defective keys, open the "Trigger Demo" button,  record a video to show the problem, and send it to the support team.
