Follow these steps if your keyboard won't connect.

  • Bluetooth Connection
  1. Slide the side toggle switch to Bluetooth mode.
  2. On your device, turn on Bluetooth and start searching.
  3. On the keyboard, press and hold Fn + 1 (or 2/3) for 4-6 seconds. (For some models, use Fn + Q/W/E).
  4. Select the keyboard from your device's list to connect.
  • 2.4GHz Connection
  1. Switch the side toggle to 2.4G mode.
  2. Perform a forced pairing: Press and hold Fn + 4 for 4 seconds.
  3. Now, plug the receiver into your device. The connection should be established.
  4. If issues persist, try different USB ports and repeat the process.
  • If the steps above fail, please flash the firmware:

If the problem persists, contact Keychron Support and provide the following information:

  2. Can the keyboard be connected to another device?
  3. When flashing the Bluetooth firmware, could the updater detect the version? Was the update successful?
  4. Please provide screenshots showing the keyboard's firmware version, Bluetooth firmware version, and the receiver firmware version from the flashing tools.
