This issue is related to Apple's FileVault. Currently, third-party Bluetooth keyboards are incompatible with Apple's FileVault, so users can't unlock the login screen on their computers. To solve this problem, you can choose to turn FileVault off to show the login screen or plug in the cable to enter the password. Keychron keyboards support FileVault enabled login screen on wired mode only.
