When booting my Mac which has a Windows Bootcamp, my keyboard does not work and I can't get into the startup manager. What should I do?

Our keyboards use USB protocol while Apple's keyboard is using SPI protocol.
The difference is the USB protocol has a very wide capability. While SPI does not.
There is a solution for this Bootcamp.
- If your computer is booting from a complete shutdown, just hold the "option" key on the keyboard.
- If you are rebooting your computer, you need to repeatedly hit the "option" key to enter Bootcamp mode.
