Q2 is unresponsive/no keystrokes/disconnect and reconnect until I unplug and replug the keyboard back in/felt a little static electricity when fingers on.

This may be caused by static electricity. Here are some possible solutions for you:

1. Refer to this tutorial to stop static electricity: Tutorial of avoid static electricity on Keychron Q1 (It is also applicable to the Q2.)
2. Try a different computer.
3. Windows users who have installed registry cleaners need to disable them and then revert the changes.
